Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the BOOSTEXP Services provided through https://boostexp.com, related pages, tools, products, checkout flows, support channels, and services that link to this policy. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
By using the Services, creating an account, placing an order, communicating with support, or otherwise submitting personal data to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
YouTube API Services
BOOSTEXP Live uses YouTube API Services so authorized Admin and COO personnel can connect company-managed YouTube channels and assigned Experts can create and manage unlisted broadcasts for specific BOOSTEXP orders. Use of this integration is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The integration accesses and stores the selected channel ID, channel name and status; broadcast and ingestion stream IDs; broadcast state and unlisted watch URL; an OAuth refresh token; and temporary RTMPS credentials for an active broadcast. It does not access viewing history, subscriptions, private messages, or Google passwords.
- The refresh token and active stream key are encrypted at rest. Access tokens are not stored, and the stream key is deleted when a broadcast ends or is cancelled.
- YouTube API data is used only to manage the selected company channel and the relevant order broadcast. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used for behavioral analytics of YouTube users.
- The unlisted watch URL is disclosed only to the relevant customer, assigned Expert, authorized managers, and service providers needed to deliver those transactional messages. OAuth credentials and stream keys are never sent to customers or managers.
- A channel may be disconnected in BOOSTEXP. Access can also be revoked at any time in Google Account permissions.
- On a valid deletion request, or after BOOSTEXP learns that authorization has been lost, applicable Google/YouTube API data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Active stream keys are removed sooner as described above.
Requests to access or delete YouTube API data may be sent to [email protected]. Google's own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

- Transaction data, including payment amount, currency, payment status, order number, transaction date, transaction identifier, and limited contact information needed to identify a payment.
- Communication data, including support requests, emails, chat messages, reviews, feedback, and notifications exchanged with us or through the Services.
2. How We Collect and Process Personal Data
We collect and process personal data when you browse https://boostexp.com, create or update an account, place an order, submit order details, communicate through chat or support channels, apply to provide services, receive payouts, use payment features, respond to verification requests, or otherwise interact with the BOOSTEXP Services.
We may also receive limited information from payment processors, authentication providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, anti-fraud tools, and other service providers that help us operate the platform.
3. Why We Use Personal Data
We use personal data for the following purposes and, where applicable, on the following legal bases:
- To provide and manage the Services, including account access, cart and checkout, order processing, service delivery, customer support, refunds, disputes, and communications related to your account or orders.
- To perform agreements with you, including our Terms of Service and any service contracts facilitated through the platform.
- To protect users and the platform, including fraud prevention, abuse detection, security monitoring, identity verification, chargeback handling, and enforcement of our Terms of Service.

- To improve and personalize the Services, including diagnostics, performance monitoring, analytics, currency preferences, product recommendations, and user experience improvements.
- To send service emails, order updates, security alerts, account notices, and support replies.
- To send promotional communications only where permitted by law or where you have provided consent. You may opt out of promotional emails without losing access to important transactional notices.
4. Payment Information
We do not store full bank card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials used to pay for services on the website. Payment credentials are processed by certified payment providers, such as card processors and other payment platforms.
For transaction safety, refunds, disputes, accounting, and fraud prevention, we may store payment metadata such as payment amount, transaction date, transaction identifier, currency, payment status, order number, and contact details needed to identify the transaction.
For Service Providers, we may collect payout details required by the selected payout method. Where a third-party payment provider collects sensitive payout credentials, that provider processes those credentials under its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Public Profiles and User Content
To support trust and service quality, limited profile information may be visible to other users or the public, such as a username, rating, reviews, number of completed orders, public service listings, and other content that you choose to publish through the BOOSTEXP Services.
Information you voluntarily disclose in profile fields, reviews, chats, order notes, or other user-generated content may be seen by other users involved in the relevant interaction. You are responsible for personal information that you choose to share through the Services.
We protect correspondence conducted through the platform, but users should not share unnecessary contact details, credentials, or sensitive personal information in public areas or chats.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
BOOSTEXP uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain your cart, remember preferences such as currency, protect the website from abuse, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect authentication, cart behavior, checkout, personalization, analytics, and other website functionality.
7. Sharing Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only when necessary to operate the Services, comply with law, protect users, or complete transactions.
- With payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, security and anti-fraud vendors, and other service providers working on our behalf.
- Between Clients and Service Providers to the extent necessary to discuss, perform, verify, support, or complete a service order.
- With professional advisors, auditors, insurers, banks, tax authorities, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required or permitted by law.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections for personal data.
8. Retention of Personal Data
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining account records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.
Technical logs, IP addresses, and transaction metadata may be retained for up to 9 months for security, payment, anti-fraud, and operational purposes unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, payment providers, tax rules, disputes, investigations, or accounting obligations.
Some records, including order history, payment records, disputes, chargebacks, support interactions, and compliance records, may need to be retained after account closure where deletion would affect another party, compromise security, or conflict with legal obligations.
When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise remove it from active use in accordance with our internal procedures.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Access to personal data is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal data incident that requires notice under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, mitigate harm, and notify affected users or authorities as required.

10.4 Restriction and Objection
You may request that we restrict certain processing or object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including certain profiling, analytics, or direct marketing activities.
10.5 Portability
Where applicable, you may request a portable copy of personal data that you provided to us and that we process by automated means based on consent or contract.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. We may still send non-promotional notices such as order updates, security messages, password reset emails, support replies, and legal notices.
10.7 Automated Decisions
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where that decision produces legal or similarly significant effects, except where permitted by law.
10.8 Complaints
If you believe our processing of personal data violates applicable privacy law, you may contact us first so we can address your concern. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
11. International Transfers
The BOOSTEXP Services may be operated from the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries that may have privacy laws different from those in your location.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, user consent, adequacy decisions, or other transfer mechanisms recognized by applicable law.
12. Third-Party Links and Game Publishers
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, authentication providers, chat tools, social platforms, game publishers, or other external resources. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
All games mentioned on the website, and related names, logos, and assets, belong to their respective publishers and owners. The website is not associated with or endorsed by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.
13. Children
The BOOSTEXP Services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us without appropriate consent, contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information where required.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, legal requirements, or business practices change. The current version will always be available on this page.
For material changes, we may provide notice by email, website notification, or another reasonable method. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means the updated version applies to your use of the Services.
15. Contact Us
Questions, requests, or complaints about this Privacy Policy or our processing of personal data may be sent to [email protected].
