We have launched BOOSTEXP Prime, a loyalty program that turns eligible completed orders into lasting value. Prime is included with every BOOSTEXP account, with no subscription and no separate enrollment. From the first eligible payment, members begin building two rank tracks, earning Prime Points, and progressing toward a combined cashback rate of up to 5%. How an order earns Prime rewards
Prime connects rewards to completed results. The cashback rate shown at checkout is fixed when payment succeeds. XP and Prime Points are released after the paid main order reaches Completed, so the reward remains predictable from payment to delivery.

Successful payment locks the combined cashback rate from your current Permanent and Season Ranks.
When the service is completed and the main order is marked Completed, the order becomes eligible for its Prime reward.
XP moves both rank tracks forward, Prime Points are credited, and any new rank applies to future payments.
Members earn 1 XP for every full $1 of eligible spend. Remaining cents carry forward between orders instead of being discarded. Eligible spend is the amount paid after discounts and after any Prime Points used on the order.
Two rank tracks work together
Prime combines long-term loyalty with a fresh annual climb. Your Permanent Rank never resets. Your Season Rank restarts each calendar year. The cashback percentages from both tracks are added together for your next eligible payment.

A fresh Season Rank every year
A new Prime season begins every January 1 at 00:00 UTC. Permanent Rank progress remains unchanged, while the new Season Rank starts from Bronze. For the first 30 days after rollover, Prime uses the higher Season cashback bonus from either the new season or the previous one, giving members time to begin the next climb.
Prime Points stay flexible
Product pages and the cart show the estimated Prime Points for the order before checkout.
Prime Points are credited after the eligible paid order is completed.
100 Prime Points equal $1, and available Points do not expire.
Select Use Prime Points in the cart whenever you want to apply them; the order total updates immediately.
XP and cashback are calculated only on the eligible amount actually paid. The portion covered by Prime Points does not generate additional XP or cashback.
Achievements create more ways to progress
Prime achievements add milestone-based progress alongside order XP. Available achievements can have Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Completing a configured tier adds XP to both the Permanent Rank and the current Season Rank, and it may also unlock a unique one-time coupon.
Visible achievements explain their goals, while Secret achievements keep their requirements classified until they are unlocked. Permanent achievements follow lifetime progress. Seasonal versions restart with the new season, while completed results from earlier seasons remain in the member's history.
Everything is visible in your Prime dashboard
Open My Account → Prime to see your current cashback rate, Permanent Rank, Season Rank, XP progress, available Prime Points, achievements, coupons, and reward history. Product pages and the cart also display the Points expected after completion, so the value of an order is visible before payment.
